At Covered Paws, we're honored to create custom pieces that reflect your vision while staying true to our brand and faith-inspired mission. We offer personalized options, including custom scriptures, sizing, and select design elements that align with our collection.

All custom order requests are subject to approval before production begins. Please allow up to 72 hours for your request to be reviewed and approved.

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to begin the design process. Once your order has been been approved and finalized, please allow 5–7 business days for production and shipping.

Custom orders start at $50 and increase based on the style, cut, fabric, finish, and level of customization requested.

For existing Covered Paws bandanas, small modifications such as adding snaps or Velcro are available for an additional $5.

How to Get Started

Ready to create a custom piece for your pup? Getting started is easy!

1. Click the Register tab located under our FAQ section to submit your custom order request. A link will open your email application.

2. In the subject line, please enter Custom Order Request.

3. In your email, include the following:

   • Full name

   • Phone number

   • Email address

   • Shipping address

   • A detailed description of your custom request

   • Inspiration photos or reference images (if available)

Please be as clear and specific as possible so we can better understand your vision and determine whether your request aligns with our brand.

Once we receive your request, please allow up to 72 hours for review and approval.
